  • Steps in ordering Via Paypal or credit card. Please read all the details before purchasing using Paypal:
    • Inquire first on the unit you want to order through text before purchasing to assure that stock is available.
    • For Shipping fees and Add-on charges , price will be quoted upon inquiry since size of package and declared value varies. For these fees, payments such as bank deposit, gcash and other payment gatways are accepted. Cash upon pickup is also accepted. 
    • Email the following requirements to sales@widgetcity.com.ph in order for us to process the order.  1. 2 copy of Valid IDs 2. Xerox of front side of the credit card. For pickup, please bring all the original copies to cross check the identity of the credit card holder. 
    • We do not honor credit card claims/transaction if it is not transacted by the owner himself. In short, borrowing of card is not allowed/accepted.
    • Paypal Transaction requires 2 working days for verification purposes before orders are shipped out. Strictly no bargaining and no rushing, if you want to get your orders same day then please pay in cash.
    • We do not accept partial payments. No half cash, half card.
    • We don't accomodate using credit card in buying goods at our office since we do not have a swiper. 
    • Do you accept Credit card?
      • Yes, but you have to transact online in our website since our payment gateway is recourse thru paypal.
    • I would like my card to be swiped upon going to your office, is this possible?
      • No, We don't have swiper machine as of now, with this you have to pay online first through Paypal before you come to our office. Waiting Paypal confirmation requires 3-4hrs.
    • How do i get the items i ordered?
      • you had purchase from our site using Paypal, we will received a notification from Paypal for the confirmation of payment, upon receive of this confirm Once ation (both seller and buyer is notified at the same time). You can pickup the item anytime (within working hours or request for shipping).
    • I am worried paying an item i haven't seen. How can I be assured that everything will be as stated and agreed upon?
      • All of Widget City's products are Brand new and Original. Should there be any factory defects on the items, we provide 3 days replacement period or we can issue also a refund in case the items is not serve the way we promised.
    • I don't have a Paypal account, can i still avail this?
      • Of course you can. All you have to do is click buy now and follow the steps next on the system. You can use Paypal as a guest.
    • I wish to have my purchase into installment plans, is this possible?
      • Yes. Once you received your billing statement , contact your bank and arrange for a long term paylite programs.
    • How much is the interest?
      • It depends on the bank's Promo ,amount and period of installment. ( e.g. one of customer arranged with a bank, he had his item 10.56% per year thats less than 1%per month)
    • Is it safe?
      • Yes, Paypal is already an establish company on this kind of business. Throughout the years they already build a reputation in confidentiality of their customer's details. Ask your friends, we are sure that most of them have already tried Paypal.
