Warranty Agreement

Reminder: It is the every customer's responsibility to check if the Specification and Features of the gadgets that they want to purchase from Widget City. Widget City is, after all, an agent who sells these branded gadgets and it shall not be responsible for the wrong reviews or any unexpected assumption that may incur. It is understood that the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Widget City upon purchasing the merchandise. All our product are covered with (1) One year warranty. All Gadgets strictly contains stricty 3 Days Replacement Period Only.3rd day should be back at our office.(Strictly implemented)

fourth(4th) day arrival at our office is considered service warranty

(Holiday & Sundays are counted)

(Crumpled box or any signs of use are already subject for service warranty)

The complete package and unit should be returned in its perfect condition as it was sold.

Widget City offers 2 types of warranty:

 

1st: Manufacturer Warranty If problem arises, both parts and service charges are FREE. Warranty is claimed straight from the Manufacturer's Service Centers. (However, Manufacturer service centers takes about a month or more to repair a unit) it is customers end to bring it to service center and and followup for repair.this applies to Provinicial and Manila customer.

 

Plese check the unit before leaving meetup or pickup place. Our team provides enough time for you to check, incase you find scratches dents or any marks please request for other unit, physical damage after transaction will be not be honored.therefore please check properly. Shipping customers have additional 24hrs to report this matter.

 

2nd:Service Warranty If problem arises, the service is free but you have to pay for cost of the parts that the Manufacturer will charge us. Our lead-time on repairs depends on the availability of parts. If parts are available, less than 10 days is possible. 

SCOPE OF SERVICE WARRANTY:

*Service warranty only includes : 

Free of charge on installation of parts needed to replace, price of parts is charge.

Reprogram service is not FREE. Some hi-end devices now needs logs or credits in order to be program, therefore this cost money. 

*3rd party software or modification version voids our warranty (Risk on Customer's Download).

This includes updating to other or higher version.(Rooting, Changing of versions[whether official or not we dont honor problem arise after updating], installing untrusted apps) Disclosure:android market now has lot of malware apps be please careful

safety advise to customers who are fond of software /update related matter, Please refer to shops or technician who are professional on doing software concern, in case they brick/spoiled the unit then they have to pay for your unit.

Reformat - Some apps are already pre installed incase you restore factory setting. those datas might be lost and we are not liable for it. example:chinese writing input

 

*Hardware scope of warranty:
